What this helps you do
A Content Series delivers messages you wrote in advance on a continuing schedule to one audience: a weekly league note to Whole League, the coaches' preseason checklist to Coaches & Team Contacts, officials' clinic reminders to Officials. Someone added midway gets today's message, not the backlog.
When to use it
Set it up in preseason. Keep same-day decisions, like a weather call, as ordinary sends.
How to do it
- Open Campaigns and create a Content Series.
- Pick the one audience and the schedule.
- Paste or write the messages, one per line or one per step.
Example
The league writes eight weekly notes for the season: where the schedule lives, the heat policy, the makeup process, the postseason format. Each goes to Whole League on Thursday at 6 p.m.
Good to know
- Content Series is included from the start; it is not part of Hub Pro.
- A series sends what you wrote. It never reads the schedule or reacts to a change.
