What this helps you do
Conversations are private one-to-one threads. When someone replies to a message, it lands here, and you can also start a new conversation with anyone connected to your church.
When to use it
Use it for personal follow-up: a prayer request, a pastoral check-in, answering a question, or welcoming a visitor one to one.
How to do it
- Open Conversations.
- Read replies as they arrive, or start a new conversation with anyone connected.
- Search by name, email, or message text to find a thread.
- Reply, and everything with that person stays together in one thread.
Example
After a Churchwide prayer message, a member replies asking for prayer for her father's surgery. It appears in Conversations. You reply personally, and the whole exchange stays in one thread you can find again by searching her name.
