Plan regular content in advance

Write a batch of messages once and let them go out on a schedule.

What this helps you do

A Content Series is a set of different prewritten messages that go out on a schedule you choose, such as daily or weekdays. You write each day's message ahead of time, and the Hub delivers them for you.

When to use it

Use it for regular, planned content like a Daily Scripture, a devotional, or a week of Holy Week readings.

How to do it

  • Open Content Series.
  • Choose the audience it goes to, such as a Daily Devotional audience.
  • Set the schedule, for example every day or weekdays.
  • Write each day's message in advance; each one is different.
  • Start the series, and the Hub sends each message on its day.

Example

You set up a Daily Scripture series for the Daily Devotional audience. You write 30 different verses with a short reflection each. Every morning at 7am one goes out, and you never have to remember to hit send.

Good to know

  • Each day's message is different, and you write them all in advance.
  • Someone who joins midway gets the current day's message, never the backlog of earlier ones.
  • Content Series is included from the start.
