What this helps you do
A Content Series is a set of different prewritten messages that go out on a schedule you choose: daily, weekdays, weekly, or on specific dates. You write each message ahead of time and the Hub delivers them in order. A resident who connects midway gets the current message, never the backlog.
When to use it
Use it for the communication your office already plans: the Monday community update, a weekly amenity and pool hours note through the summer, the seasonal maintenance calendar (gutters, HVAC filters, irrigation, snow), a run of move-in-season reminders, or a week of notes around a paving or roofing project.
How to do it
- Open Campaigns and choose New Content Series.
- Pick the audience it goes to, such as All Residents for the weekly update or one building for a project.
- Set the schedule and time, for example Mondays at 9 a.m. before the office opens.
- Paste or type the messages, one per line, or pin a message to an exact date such as the day the paving starts.
- Review the calendar and Activate. Pause, resume or add more messages anytime; the Hub warns you when the series is running low.
Example
Before a three-week exterior painting project, the manager writes nine messages on a Friday afternoon: which buildings each week, where to move cars, when balconies must be cleared, and what the crew hours are. The series runs itself while the office handles everything else, and a resident who connects in week two gets week two, not week one.
Good to know
- Each message in the series is different, and you write them all in advance. Sent messages are permanent history; edits only affect messages that have not gone out yet.
- A paused series skips the dates it missed rather than catching up, so a week the crew rained out does not double up.
- Every step is a normal Blast: one credit per resident reached, with the email leg for residents who chose email.
- Content Series is included from the start. Journeys and Event Campaigns are Hub Pro.
